Within our corporate group, internal whistleblower reporting points have been established. The setup of this whistleblower reporting point adheres to the guidelines of the Whistleblower Protection Act \/ Hinweisgeberschutzgesetzes (HinSchG). The fundamental objective of the law is to ensure that the applicable laws are complied with throughout our group of companies. In addition, whistleblowers are protected by the Whistleblower Protection Act against reprisals such as dismissal, salary changes or even transfer of duties.
